It is holding the urine in the bladder in a specified time then empties it completely. For example you set a time say every hour to drink fluid and then void to practice the bladder not to dribble anytime. You can try doing pelvic floor exercises to strengthen the bladder muscles. It works by tightening the bladder muscles enough to have time in reaching the toilet therefore prevents leaking. Pads and liners will be able to help by keeping the garments dry and prevents moisture in the skin that can cause irritation. When none of the remedies tried work out, it is best to consult the doctor for another option.
