There are several risk factors which contribute to loss of bladder control.

Though urinary incontinence may sound a great threat to health, it is curable if without complications. There is also herbal bladder control that helps improve the condition of bladder problems. It can be bought in a drug store in the form of capsules, tea or liquid. Herbal plants contain phytosterols, flavanoids, carvacrol, maysin and polyphenols that acts as diuretics and helps in metabolism to control weight. Herbs are useful in redeeming the previous balance of the body’s function. It is not advisable to replace doctor’s method of treatment with herbal medicine. It is recommended to consult your doctor before taking any herbs to control the dosage. Large quantities of herbs are poisonous to the body. Medical history, lifestyle and diet are among the things to be considered before resorting to herbalism.
